Once you have registered to our certificate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Non-Scholarship students:
1) You have given your correct name.
2) You should have given your correct email address.
3) You should have given all the other credentials absolutely right that describes the facts and the figures only.
4) You are not providing any thing fake.
5) If you provide any false information, your certificate can be canceled out.
6a) we further have right to cancel your payment; discontinue your classes and lectures if we find something wrong with you. We can do this by not even notifying you.
6b) we have further rights to close your registration and stop communication with you without notifying any one.
7) If you are not the person who is taking the exam, then we can cease your degree immediately.
Scholarship program:
1) If you have selected for scholarship program then you should understand and know that all the things that you have mentioned in it are genuine.
2) If we find anything that is not correct or if something is not telling the actual facts, then we may cancel your degree without any notification.
3) We have the right to collect more funds from a person who has already got a scholarship. They should be advised to pay the regular fee of western union ($15) again with the payment of the course.
4) Fraud in this case can result in banishment from this certificate for ever.
5) Other rules and regulations are "as it is to non-scholarship" program.
Affiliate Services:
1) If we come to know that during an agreement of traffic exchange you are not displaying the ad of Certify online on your website, then we may cancel out the contract at the same time or may be after a day or two.
2) If your website has any kind of offensive material, then we may report it to agencies for violation as we do not allow this.
3) If you are breaking an agreement, then in order to make up for that, you need to send a payment of $100 (exclusive of W/U charges, i.e. $15).
Referal program:
When you will refer one student to out website, you will get $5 for each student. You will account will be activated against the email address that you will provide and you will get your payments there. You can withdraw you payments from that account any time you want, but we have the right to cancle your payment, and also we have to right to close your referal account without notice, and we have the right to not to tell any one about why we did this.
Privacy:
We do not disclose the private data to any other company or individual. All the information that you are giving us is kept confidential. If you are not willing to display your name on the page of scholarship winners, we will not do that. Only, in case of fraud your private data can be disclosed to other people and law enforcement agencies (like FBI, Interpol or Scotland Yard)
Fraud:
1) We have the right to disclose your private data in front of others and we may send it to people around you.
2) Fraud may be of credit card, wrong name or payment.
3) We have the right to charge you $100 as a make up to damage of our system if you commit a fraud.
4) Danial Jawaid and Certify Online will not be responsible for any kind of fraud that a student does here.
5) If a payment is received in name of someone else then way are not responsible for that.
Right to change:
We have the right to change the rules and regulations any time we want, even not notifying it to the students. It is the responsibility of the students to check for updates. We may also change some rules and do not display it on the website; but in any case, you will have to obey the rules. You may come under fraud notice, if you do not agree to our terms.
Exam and its data:
The examination that you give cam be used any where and you no more obtain the copy rights for that work.
Right to verify:
We can demand for your picture containing a picture of yours holding your national identity card for identification purpose. We may also require you to send you some private pictures. If you are unable to do this, you may come under the fraud notice.
Guarantee of nothing:
Certify online is guarantying nothing on its own. We are just teaching you and taking your exam and on that basis, we are offering you the certificate. We do not guarantee your admission in some special firm or institution. We further do not guarantee our certificate to be accredited with any of the institution. While you have done the course of "How to persuade buyers online", we are not guarantying you that you will definitely get 70% or more jobs. You take the examination on your own.
Further we do not guarantee that we have all the professors in our company. Testimonials are also not guaranteed that they are written by genuine students.
Further we do not guarantee of reaching the certificate to your postal address. This is because sometime it happens that in some places we cannot post you your certificate, or if we post you the certificate, that will never reach you. This mostly happens in India, Srilanka and other developing countries like these. We do not guarantee that the paper will be made by only the professors whose names are mentioned in the dean's list. It may be collected from any source.
Failing in a certificate course:
If you fail in one course, you have to submit the fee of that course with all the other expenses on western union to us in order to retake the examination. There is not rechecking of the paper and there is not any second chance.
